At the recent Kennedy Conference Sourcing Summit in Orlando I had the honor to introduce Sheila after my Keynote. We've actually presented together once before, at a webinar and it went so well that we wanted to take our act on the road. So before our session I cornered Sheila and spent two minutes inside her head as she talks about her experiences at the conference. I also asked her what advice she has for recruiters trying to evaluate all the different tools that are now available for us to pick from.
