Shally’s teachings from last year allowed me to be more productive than anyone here expected. After his seminar in Dallas I was able to place 15 people in under 10 months. I out-paced/out-lasted people with 5 and 10 years in the recruiting business and I give Shally a huge piece of the credit for that success.  Also, Shally’s teachings this year allowed me to penetrate potential candidates who are NOT typically looking and expand my LinkedIn network.
