Our services are designed to empower recruiters and sourcing staff with actionable cutting-edge techniques.

These concepts and techniques consistently produce superior results. Beyond a simple transfer of knowledge we develop a plan to ensure long term adoption and implementation of research skills in such a way that sustainable improvement can be measured. In part, this is accomplished by the creation of an internal center of excellence capable of delivering research knowledge in a way that is easily comprehended and applied by recruiters.

Success is measured in developing your research or sourcing team's core competencies to the point where they are capable of not just analyzing which skills to use but also synthesizing those skills, creating new ones, relating them to others, and evaluating which ones are best suited for specific environments or challenges.

The process begins with a needs assessment/gap analysis with respect to core competencies. This is followed with a joint planning session with you and/or your practice leaders to discuss identified weaknesses, create a detailed remediation plan, and determine the how much consulting time is necessary. A custom proposal is created for you based on your needs.

Regular weekly or bi-weekly calls with team members, practice leaders and/or other stakeholders to discuss changes, challenges, and updates on new concepts or skills as well as check-in calls with leadership to discuss adoption rates and success metrics, implementation challenges, and workarounds can be arranged.
